Ingredients of Banana Cake
- You need 2 of Medium sized Banana.
- It’s 1 Bowl of All purpose flour(Maida).
- Prepare 1 Bowl of Sugar(Powdered).
- You need 2 of Eggs.
- It’s 1/2 Tea Spoon of Vanilla Essence.
- Make ready 1.5 Tea Spoon of Baking Powder.
- You need 100 grams of Butter.

Banana Cake instructions
- Beat the two eggs with the help of hand bitter or hand blender properly..
- Mix all the dry ingredients properly that is Maida+Powdered Sugar+Baking Powder with the help of hand bitter..
- Now gradually add the mixed dry ingredients to the eggs and mix it properly till it makes a smooth batter with the help of spachula or hand blender.(don't mix the complete dry ingredients at a time, mix it in smaller portions).
- Now make the paste of the Bananas with the help of fork, don't make the paste in blender..
- Add the Banana paste to the prepared batter and mix it properly till it turns smooth again with hand blender or spachula..
- Now add the Butter and Vanilla Essence to the batter and mix it properly..
- Grease the Mould properly with Butter or Oil, place butter paper grease them too..
- Now pour the batter into the mould spreading it Evenly..
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes and now place the mould into the oven and bake for 50 minutes..
- After 50 minutes check the cake by putting knife into it, if the batter sticks on the knife, bake it for 10 minutes more and if not then the cake is ready..
- Take the cake out of the mould when it is cooled down remove the butter paper too.
