- Wash all the vegetables and avocado in salted water..
- Next, peel and remove the seed of the avocado and cut into cubes. Also, finely dice the garlic, shred the cabbage, cube the hard boiled egg, tear up the lettuce leaves, cut up the onions, bell pepper and tomatoes into desired shapes and sizes. Peel and seed the cucumber and cube it. Grate the carrot as well. With a fork, mash up the sardines to finish and pour all of these into a large mixing bowl starting with the lettuce..
