Ingredients of Mango balusha

  1. Seive maida,baking soda,salt..

  4. Meanwhile make sugar syrup by add 1/4 cup water to sugar and boil till 1string consistency and kesar strands,lemon juice, cardamom powder..
  5. Now take dough spread with hands cut in middle and keep on other one and spread with hands do the same for 2,3times for layers now make long roll cut in pieces and tmake ball shape lightly press in middle and keep for sometime..
  6. Now heat oil and drop the balusha into oil on sim flame and fry slowly till golden..
  7. Dip into sugar syrup andtop with dryfruit cuts serve any time..
