- You need 3 tbsp of Tianmianjiang - Chinese sweet bean paste.
- Take 2 tbsp of Soy sauce.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of - 100 ml Japanese sake.
- Prepare 200 ml of Chinese soup stock (using 1 1/2 tablespoons of chicken soup stock granules).

- Turn off the heat, and thicken the sauce with katakuriko dissolved in water..
- Serve onto a plate and it's done! Sprinkle sansho pepper or sichuan pepper to your liking..
