- To make paneer chilli cut paneer in cubes and cut green chilli,onion, bell peppers and capsicum in sliced..
- In a bowl add paneer, cornflour, ginger garlic paste,black pepper and little salt, mix it very gently and keep aside for 15 minutes..
- Add cornflour, all purpose flour, soya sauce, chilli sauce and salt in a bowl,add water and make smooth batter without any lumps. Deep paneer cubes in it and fry it in golden brown colour..
- In a nonstick pan, heat oil then add onion, garlic and ginger, saute it for 2 min then add green chilli,capsicum and bell peppers and saute it for 2 min.
