  1. To make paneer chilli cut paneer in cubes and cut green chilli,onion, bell peppers and capsicum  in sliced..
  2. In a bowl add paneer, cornflour, ginger garlic paste,black pepper and little salt, mix it very gently and keep aside for 15 minutes..
  3. Add cornflour, all purpose flour, soya sauce, chilli sauce and salt in a bowl,add water and make smooth batter without any lumps. Deep paneer cubes in it and fry it in golden brown colour..
  4. In a nonstick pan, heat oil then add onion, garlic and ginger, saute it for 2 min then add green chilli,capsicum and bell peppers and saute it for 2 min. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper and salt, mix it well. Add fried paneer cubes and mix, then add vinegar. Add cornflour paste (2 tbsp water and 1/2 tsp cornflour)and mix it well..
