Kaju chicken step by step

  1. First half crush the Kajus then chop chicken breast in cubes..
  2. Now take a Kadai and add onion finely chopped then fry till golden brown..
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, chicken cubes, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, tandoori powder, mix well and stir for two minutes on low flame..
  4. Now beat the curd well with out lumps and add to chicken Kadai and stir till the curd smell is gone..
  5. Now keep on low flame for about 10-15 minutes until the chicken gets tender..
  6. Open the lid add kajus half crushed, kasuri methi, Garam masala powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves and pinch of orange food colour..
  7. And stir a little and lastly keep it on simmer for 5 minutes..
  8. The dish is ready to serve with naan, chapati or rice (optional you can add a slice of butter to the curry while you dish out)..
