- It’s 1/2 cup of boiled bengal gram.
- Take 1 of chopped onion.
- It’s 1 of chopped tomato.
- Take 1 of chopped cucumber.
- You need 1 of grated carrot.
- Prepare cubes of Paneer.
- Take leaves of Coriander.
- It’s leaves of Mint.
- Make ready 1 of lemon.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
- Take 2 tsp of curd.

- For dressing take coriander, mint, curd, salt and lemon in a blender and make a paste. Put paneer cubes in this mixture and marinade it fr 10 min..
- In a bowl take boiled chickpeas, boile bengal gram. Now add marinated paneer cubes, onion, tomato, cucumber, grated carrot to it and toss gently. Now add all spices and lemon juice. Healthy salad is ready to serve…
