- Take 150 gm of boneless chicken cubes.
- Take 2 cup of rice.
- Prepare 1/2 packet of boiled noodles.

- Prepare 1 of carrot, cut in Jullians.
- You need 1 of green onion, chopped.
- Make ready 1 cup of Green peas.
- Prepare 1/2 of cabbage,.
- Prepare of chopped.
- You need 6-8 of green chilies, fried.
- You need 1 tbsp of crushed red chili.
- Take 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
- Take 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- Take of Oil as required.
- You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
- Take 1/2 tsp of white pepper.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Worcester sauce.
- Prepare 2 tbsps of tomato ketchup.
- It’s 2 tbsps of chili garlic sauce.
- Prepare 2 tbsps of soya sauce.
- Take 2 tbsps of corn flour.
- It’s 4 of garlic cloves sliced and fried.
- You need 1 cup of mayonnaise.

Singaporian Riceπππ instructions
- For vegetable and chicken gravy In a pan heat 2tbsp add chicken and and ginger garlic paste fry it for 2-3 minutes.
Add all vegetables and salt, black and white pepper, Worchester sauce, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce and crushed red chilies..
- Mix it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
Now add 1/2 cup water and cover it for 2-3 minutes.
Now thickens it with corn flour(dissolved in 3tbsp water).
Gravy should be thick.Boil noodles with salt and turmeric..
- Set this noodles aside.
Now in other pan heat 2 tbsp oil and saute cumin seeds and green peas in it.
Add water and salt according to your rice quantity.
Cook rice till they are done.
Now we will make the mayonnaise sauce..
- In a bowl take mayonnaise and add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and 1/2 tsp crushed red chili in it.
Mix it well and set it aside.
Take a serving rice tray and make a first layer of rice, then 2nd layer of noodles amd then gravy..
- Pour mayonnaise sauce over gravy and in last add fried garlic and fried green chillies on it.
Singaporean Rice is ready to serve.
Serve hot and enjoy..
