  1. Take milk in heavy pan & boil it on medium- low flame with constant stirring..
  2. Boil milk continuously until it becomes one - third of original milk with stirring after some time..
  3. Now take homemade cheese or readymade cheese & grate it..
  4. Add elaichi powder & sugar to reduced milk & cook it until sugar dissolves in it completely.Now add grated cheese to reduced milk on low flame..
  5. Cook it until mixture becomes thick with constant stirring on low flame.After that,transfer mixture into pre -greased mould..
  6. Take almonds & chopped them & garnish mixture with them..
  7. Rest for 2- 3 hours & cut into pieces.Your kalakand sweet is ready..
