Bread Jamun instructions

  1. Firstly Collect all above the Ingredients for make Jamun. Then take a wide Kadhai top up Gas Chula on low flame, take Sugar. Further, to that add water and get to boil. Boil for 10-15 minutes till the sugar syrup turns slightly sticky. Now add Cardamom powder. Then cover and keep aside….
  2. First cut the sides of bread slices. Then add milk (Milk quantity may depending on the slice bread quality). I have used milk little by little and knead to a smooth and soft dough. Furthermore, make design (I have made Heart design) greasing oil to both hands..
  3. Heat the Oil on low flame to medium flame and when it is moderately hot, fry the Jamuns. Fry the Bread on low flame stirring in between. Fry till the breads turns golden brown. Now drop these Jamuns in to hot sugar syrup. Boil the syrup for a minute before add fried Jamuns. Cover the pan and rest for 10 mins…. Then Serve the Sweet Jamun on another plate. Then sprinkle Kesar and Khoya top up the Sweet.. Now Enjoying this mouthwatering Sweet Jamun…..
