Ingredients of Sinasir🥞

  1. Take of White rice (ta tuwo), both raw & cooked, yeast, sugar & salt.
  2. It’s of baking powder.
  3. Take of yeast.
  4. It’s of groundnut oil.

Sinasir🥞 instructions

  1. Soak your white rice for 1-2 hours, then u strain the water & add some cooked or per boiled rice on it. Seperate ur yeast into 2 then add half of ur yeast. Then take it to grinding after that u add the rest of the yeast & baking powder then cover it to rise.
  2. U will notice bubbles on it if it has rise then u add some sugar,& salt then stir & heat ur pan add a bit of oil & pour the mixture then cover it with a cover & allow to cook under low heat. It does not require flipping just one side & it will do..
