- You need 1 tbsps of green chilli paste.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- Make ready 1 of &1/2 tsp chole masala powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of oil.
- It’s 2 tbsps of chopped coriander leaves.
- Take of For garnishing.
- Make ready of Green chilli paste as required.
- It’s of Finely chopped onion as required.
- Take of Papdi as required.

Chatpate chole instructions
- First heat up a pan with oil add panchporan and Kasturi methi sauté it then add chopped onion fry it till soft now add chopped tomato and fry for a minute..
- Now add all the listed masala except chole masala powder and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame..
- After that add boiled dried peas and break the boiled potatoes in small pieces and add it, mix it well in the masala, you can add water to adjust the consistency..
- Cook it on high flame for a minute then add chole masala powder and chopped coriander leaves mix it, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame and switch off the flame..
- Now it’s time to assemble it..
- Pour the chola in serving bowl and garnish with some chopped onion, green chilli paste and some crushed papdi on the top and our chapate chole is ready😋..
