- You need of cooking oil.
- You need 1 of large onion.
- You need 3 of ripe tomatoes.
- You need 1 of bell pepper.
- Prepare 3 cloves of garlic.
- Make ready of Fresh ginger.
- Take 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
- Take 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
- Prepare sticks of Cinnamon.
- Prepare of Milk(optional).

Cinnamon Fish step by step
- Deep fry the fish till done. set aside..
- In a nonstick cooking pot, heat cooking oil. Fry onions, bell pepper, garlic and ginger paste till done. Should take about 3 minutes..
- Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook till done..
- Add cinnamon powder and the cinnamon sticks. Then add a cup of water (or more depending on how much fish you are making) Also add milk at this stage.Add salt to taste..
- Bring to boil then add the fish. Let it simmer for about 7 minutes or till done..
- Serve with vegetables and Ugali or Rice. Yummm 😋.
