  1. Make ready 1 cup of boiled plain rice (80% boiled).
  2. Make ready 2 cup of length wise chopped mixed Veggies.

  4. Take 2 of finely chopped green chilli.
  5. Take 1 inch of grated ginger.
  6. Take 1/4 tsp of ajinomoto (optional).
  7. Make ready 1 tsp of salt.
  8. You need 1 tsp of green chilli sauce.
  9. You need 1 tsp of soya sauce.
  10. You need 1 tsp of vinegar.
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp of coriander leaves.
  12. You need 2 tbsp of sesame oil.

  3. Fry the Veggies till becomes crunchy. Now add capsicum and cabbage as well fry the Veggies for anotther 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  4. Add green chilli sauce, vinegar. Now combine the roasted Tofu/Paneer as well. Saute nicely..
  5. Mix salt and Finally add the boiled rice. Mix well and stir nicely for a minute. Turn off the gas. Now saute for 30 seconds. Ready to serve..
  6. CHINESE FRIED RICE, take out in serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves..
