Ingredients of Dum Ki Murgh
- You need 1 kg of chicken.
- Take 2 cup of curd.
- Take 2 tbsp of cumin powder.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of garam masala powder.
- You need of As required red chilli powder.
- Take 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of kewra water.
- You need 2 drop of meetha itre.
- Make ready 2 of nos onion.
- You need 1 1/2 of Ginger garlic paste.
- It’s 5 gm of curry leaves.
- Take 2 of nos green chillies.
- Prepare Half of cup ghee.
- You need 2 of nos bay leaves.
- You need of Khada masala for tempering.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Fried onion.
- It’s 10 gm of coriander leaves.
- Prepare of Seasoning as required.
Dum Ki Murgh instructions
- Heat ghee temper the whole spices,bay keaves and curry leaves.
Add onion followed by the ginger garlic paste wait till the raw flame goes.
