Ingredients of Maggi Pasta
- You need 1 of maggi.
- Take 1 cup of pasta.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of haldi powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- Take 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It’s 1 of onion puree.
- Take 2 of tomato puree.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 2 of cheese slice.
- Take 1 tbsp of mayonnaise.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
Maggi Pasta instructions
- Boil water in a pan add oil in it,add pasta, maggi, boil it on high flame..
- Strain it with the help of strainer..
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok add onion puree, ginger garlic paste, saute it for 2 to 3 minutes..
- Add tomato puree, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, salt mix it well, cook it on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes..
- Add maggi masala, garam masala mix it well..
- Now add boiled maggi and pasta and mix it well. Cook it on low flame for 2 minutes, switch off the gas..
- Now add mayonnaise mix it well..
- Put it in plate, add cheese slice on it, u can sprinkle mozrella cheese (grated) on it..
- Serve it hot..
- You can add tomato sauce in it.(as per your taste).
- You can add vegetables of your choice..
