  1. Make ready 5 pieces of x 4 Japanese yellowtail, thinly sliced.
  2. It’s 1 tbsp of Olive oil.
  3. Take 1 tsp of Kabosu citrus juice (alternatively, use lemon or lime juice).
  4. Take 1 tbsp of Aojiso (green perilla) dressing.
  5. Prepare of Salt & pepper,to taste.
  6. Prepare of Parmesan cheese,to taste.
