Pumpkin pie instructions

  1. Peel the pumpkin and cut in to small pieces..
  2. Take oil in a pan and add pumpkin pieces to it and mix well. Cover with a lid and let it cook for almost 1:30 hours. You have to saute it after every 10 mins..
  3. Now add sugar to pumpkin and mix well. Now pumpkin will leave it's water and let it dry. Switch off the flame..
  4. Take a mould of your favourite shape and spread melon seeds in it and pour the whole pumpkin mixture in it. Press it slightly with spatula to give the required shape..
  5. Let it cool for few minutes, then take it out from mould and serve..
