- It’s 2 of big onion diced.
- Take 6 of tomatoes diced.
- It’s 1 piece of ginger estimated.
- Take 3 cloves of garlic.
- Take 1 tablespoon of kasoori methi.
- Take 1 tablespoon of kitchen king.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of rajma masala.
- It’s of Approximately 2 tablespoon salt.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of turmeric.
- You need 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
- It’s 1 tablespoon of coriander powder.
- You need 1 tablespoon of cumin powder.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds.

- Make ready 1 cup of full boiled rajma.
Quick Rajma step by step
- First blend all these=onion+ginger+garlic.make a smooth paste and strain extra water from it.
- Now blend tomatoes.
- Now in a heavy base pan first put only paste of onion.
- Cover it on high flame and soak quickly whole water.now in other small pan dry roast all spices and let it keep.
- Now in same pan put some oil and roast cumin seeds.
- Add it to onion mixture and let cook on high flame constantly.
- When it looks golden add tomatoes paste and dry roast spices together.
- Now stay on high flame and stir constantly.
- When it start leaving oil just then curry is ready.
- Add boiled rajma any time and add estimated water to make thick gravy.
