  2. Heat a pressure cooker and put ghee in it and roast the cashew nuts and raisins till golden brown and keep them aside..
  3. Then in that ghee add water in it along with salt and then add the soaked millet in it and cover the lid of the cooker and cook it till 3 whistles in low flame..
  4. After that open the lid of the cooker and then add the milk and saffron milk in it..
  5. Then add the brown sugar and roasted dry fruits in it..
  6. Mix it well and prepare custard powder and milk mixture and add it to the pudding..
  7. Allow it to boil for 2minutes and then add the cardamom powder and mix it well and switch off the flame..
  8. Now your pudding is ready. Refrigerate it for sometimes and serve it in chilled condition..
  9. Garnish with some pistachios and serve..
