Ingredients of Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Make ready 2 cups of cooked but cold rice.
  2. Take 2 pieces of chicken breast strip cut.
  3. Take 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
  5. Make ready 1 tsp of garlic.
  6. Make ready 1 tsp of ginger.
  7. Prepare 1/2 of onion chopped.
  8. Make ready 1/4 cup of spring onion chopped.
  9. Take 2 of baby carrot chopped.
  10. It’s 1/4 cup of green peas.
  11. You need 3 tbsp of peanut oil.
  12. It’s 1 tbsp of sesame oil.

Chicken Fried Rice step by step

  1. Heat up wok on medium to high heat.
  2. Add a little peanut oil and fry eggs to soft omlette and set aside.
  3. Add some more peanut oil, onion, garlic & ginger. Stir fry until brown.
  4. Add chicken, salt & pepper. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add carrot. Cook for a minute.
  6. Add rice, oyster & soy sauce. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Add cooked egg, green peas, spring onion, sesame oil, butter & chicken stock powder. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
