Ingredients of Chicken Masala
- You need 500 gms of Chicken cut into small peices.
- It’s 3 of onion chopped.
- Prepare 3 of Tomato chopped.
- You need 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Take 2 of green chilli slit.
- Make ready 1 spoon of corriender chopped.
- You need 1/2 cup of curd.
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of jeera powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Take 1 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 5 of Cloves.
- Make ready 6 of Black pepper.
- Take 1 of dalchini.
- It’s 2 of Small cardamom.
- Make ready 1 of badi elaichi.
- Take 1 of javetri.
- It’s 2 of Bey leaf.
- It’s 4 tbs of oil.
- It’s 2 tsp of salt.

Chicken Masala instructions
- For marination.
- Take chicken put 1/2 tsp haldi powder, 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp salt, curd, 1 tsp sarson oil. mix it well with the chicken refrigerate for 1 hour..
- In a deep kadhai take 2 tb spoon oil. when the oil is properly heated put the sabut garam masala( laung/ Elaichi/ Dalchini /black/ tej patta/ javetri/ pepper and stir for 30 secs. now add the chopped onions. saute it till the onion gets golden brown around - 5 mins. now add the ginger garlic paste and mix it properly and cook for 2 mins..
- Now add the Tomatoes, and cook for 5 mins with covered lid..
- Now keep the onion masala in a vessel..
- Take 2 tb spoon oil let it heat. when it's properly heated put the marinated chicken into it. Take out the chicken from freeze at least 15 mins before cooking..
- Now stir fry the chicken till they are almost cooked. may be for 5-7 mins..
- Noow add the onion masala into it and mix it well. add 1 cup water water if required. coom for 2-3 mins. now add the remaining powdered masala( garam masala/ Red chilli powder/ Jera powder/ Dhaniya Powder/ salt / haldi and also 1 tsp chopped dhaniya and mix well..
- Cook in a low flame for around 10 mins…… till the chicken is properly cooked..
- Serve with Steamed rice or paratha…….
