  2. Take 2 cups of water.

  1. Pour 1 cup of water in a cooking pot/ sufuria placed under a medium source of heat.
  2. Let the water boil first as you stir the flour using ¾ a cup cold water in a different bowl..
  3. Now pour the mixture into the boiling pot stirring continuously to avoid formation of lumps for 5 - 10 minutes.
  4. As it thickens you can add sugar and cold water depending on your desired state of thickness as you continue stirring.
  5. Add the squeezed lemon stir again and remove from the heat ready to serve when warm..
