  1. Take 2 cup of Long grain white rice.
  2. You need 3 of Green onion chopped.
  3. It’s 2 of Eggs beaten.
  4. It’s 1/3 cup of Peas.
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp of Oyster sauce.
  6. It’s 1 tbsp of Low sodium soy sauce.

  1. Cook rice according to package. Let it cool down and place it in a container in the fridge for several hours to cool..
  2. Spray pan with oil and heat over med high heat. Once the pan is hot add egg to pan and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Slide it off pan before it browns and set it aside. Once cooked off cut into small pieces..
  3. Add peas, onions, and any other veggies you desire into pan and cook for about 2 minutes. Add additional cooking spray or a little oil as needed depending on how much you add..
