- You need 3/4 cup of All-purpose flour/Maida.
- You need 1/4 cup of Quick-cooking oats.
- You need 1/4 cup of Raisins.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Salt.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Baking soda.
- It’s 1 1/4 tsp of Baking powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- You need 1/2 cup of Brown or White caster sugar/Powdered sugar.

- Prepare 1 medium sized of Mango pulp of ripe mango.
- Prepare 6 tbsp of Milk.

- Peel and cut the mango into pieces. Add the mango pieces in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Keep aside..
- Preheat the oven to 170° C. Line a muffin tin with paper liners..
- In a bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom powder, and salt, mix well. Add milk, mango pulp, and vegetable oil into this. Whisk well until smooth batter forms..
- Fold in raisins and oats into the batter..
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin about three fourth full, sprinkle rolled oats on top and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean..
- After baking transfer the muffins onto a cooling rack and leave there until they cool completely. Store them in an airtight container, keep refrigerated and consume within 3-4 days..
