Ingredients of Kodo Millet Healthy Pulao

  1. It’s 1 cup of kodo Millet.
  2. Take 1 of Onion chopped.
  3. Prepare 1 of Carrot chopped.
  4. Take 1/4 cup of green capsicum finely chopped.
  5. Make ready 1/4 cup of red capsicum finely chopped.
  6. Take 1/4 cup of yellow capsicum finely chopped.
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup of green garlic finely chopped.
  8. Make ready 1/4 cup of spring onion's green part finely chopped.
  9. It’s 1 of green chilli finely chopped.
  10. Make ready 1 of Small piece of ginger grated.
  11. It’s 1/2 cup of finely chopped spinach.

  1. Soak kodo Millet for 10-min. Heat a pan add 3-cups of water when starts boiling add soaked kodo Millet salt and ghee and cook till done..
  2. Heat a pan add 1-tsp ghee, cumin, saunf when starts cracking add chilli, ginger, green garlic & onion saute for a while and add carrot add salt saute continuously add tricolor chopped capsicum and cook for a while and lastly add spinach and spring onion. Cook till done..
  3. Add cooked vegetables in kodo Millet mix well add salt as per taste if needed..
  4. Serve ready Healthy Kodo Millet Pulao in a plate garnish with chopped spring onion's green part and chopped green garlic..
