- For the filling heat 1 tsp oil and fry minced garlic.Add grated ginger and toss.Add the shredded cabbage,onion,carrot and capsicum. Add coriander,chilli sauce,soya sauce ajinomoto,black pepper and pinch of salt and stir fry.Set aside.Add flour in a bowl.Mix oil,little salt and water and knead into a semi stiff dough.Cover and set aside..
