Baked potatoes and Chicken (Egyptian Style) step by step
- Marinate chicken in salt+black pepper+ chopped onion (rings) over night..
- Cut potatoes, onions, celery and pepper in nice slices.
- Place veggies slices and chicken in a deep tray.
- Sauce: mix chopped tomatoes + tomato paste + minced garlic + salt + black pepper + paprika + chicken broth (can use chicken flavored cube).
- Pour sauce on veggies and chicken in Tray.. then cover with foil and put in pre-heated oven for 45min..
- Remove foil cover and broil for 5-10 min to get a nice color.
