Here is the best “Mango Burfi” recipe we have found until now. This is gonna smell and look delicious.
Ingredients of Mango Burfi
- You need 1 litre of Milk.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of lemon juice.
- You need 1 cup of mango pulp (Alphonse).
- Prepare 1/4 cup of sugar.
- Prepare pinch of Kesar(safforn) strings.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Take 1 tsp of ghee.
- You need as needed of Pistachio and almond flakes.
Mango Burfi step by step
- Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan bring one boil
Add lemon juice to it stir.
- Once it starts curdling a little bit
add mango pulp (Alphonse) mix well and stir continuously till it gets thick.
Now add sugar or as per sweetness required.
- Add few kesar strand + cardamom powder + ghee mix well.
- Note **- the mixture should leave the side of the pan & it looks like burfi mixture.
- Slightly grease the mould and evenly spread the mixture in it
Garnish with pistachio and almonds flakes..
- Set it aside for 3 hours
Cut into cubes.
