Ingredients of Paneer In Mushroom Curry

  9. You need 1/2 of red capsicum chopped. I had some yellow bell pepper left and so I have used it.
  10. Prepare 500 g of paneer cut into cube.
  11. Take 1/4 cup of mixed vegetables I have used sweet corn and baby corn.
  12. It’s 1 cup of mushroom sauce.
  13. Make ready 1.5 tsp of garam masala.
  14. It’s 1.5 tsp of red chilli powder.
  15. Make ready 2 tsp of coriander cumin powder dhania jeera powder.
  16. Make ready 1 tsp of kitchen king masala.
  17. It’s 1/2 cup of kasuri methi.
  18. Take 2 tsp of sugar.
  19. Prepare 1 tbsp of cashew nut powder.
  20. Take 5 of mushroom sliced.
  21. Prepare To taste of salt as per taste.
  22. Take 1/2 cup of water or as needed to adjust the consistency of the gravy.
  23. Take As required of coriander washed and chopped for garnishing.
