Ingredients of Mango Falooda

  1. It’s of For Falooda -.
  2. Make ready 500 ml of milk.
  3. It’s 1 cup of water.
  4. Make ready 100 g of Falooda mix (kesar pista).
  5. Make ready of For Mango ice cream -.
  6. Take 500 ml of milk.
  7. It’s 1 cup of sugar.
  8. You need 1 cup of Mango pulp.
  9. Take 2 tbsp of fresh cream.
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp of chopped dry fruits.

Mango Falooda instructions

  1. For Falooda - Take 500ml milk and add 1 cup water and heat for 2-3 mins.
  2. Add Falooda mix and boil it while stirring continuously for 10-15 mins and then keep aside to cool.
  3. Refrigerate to chill (do not deep freeze) Falooda ready….
  4. For Mango ice-cream - Take 500ml milk and boil till it reduces to half.
  5. Then add sugar and chopped dry fruits and cook for 10 mins.
  6. Turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool.
  7. Then freeze it for 2 hrs,then add Mango pulp and fresh cream and then churn both.
  8. And pour it in the ice cream mould and freeze overnight. Mango ice-cream ready….
  9. Garnish Falooda with Mango ice cream and dry fruits..
