  10. You need 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder.
  11. It’s 1 pinch of Turmeric (optional).
  12. You need 10 - 15 of Cashew Nuts.
  13. Make ready To Taste of Salt.

  15. You need 3 - 4 tablespoons of Refined Oil.
  16. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Ghee.

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add cinnamon, clove, cumin, onion, green chilli, curry leaves and few seconds later add ginger garlic paste..
  2. Saute it, until it gets golden brown in colour. Now add tomato puree and saute well..
  3. Add garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and a large sprinkle of water..
  4. Now cover the pan with a lid and cook till the mixture gets dry..
  5. Before switching off the flame, add grated coconut and a large sprinkle of coriander leaves; give a good stir..
  6. In another pan roast the cashew nuts in ghee and add before serving the dish..
  7. Now give a large bite with chapatis or rotis….yum yum!!.
