Alur jelebi instructions

  1. Take a pan add milk (lukewarm) add flour mix well..
  2. Add khoya kheer, boiled potato, baking powder baking soda and make a dough..
  3. Rest it 10 minutes with cover..
  4. Cut into small / medium size ball and shape it..
  5. Take ea frying pan add 1 tbsp ghee & refined oil mix well and heat it..
  6. And deep fry the jelebi.
  7. Take a bowl pour 1cup sugar & add 2 cups water, Make sugar syrup.
  8. Mix cardamom powder with syrup..
  9. Keep the jelebis in syrup for 5-6 mins..
  10. And serve with cherries..
