Ingredients of Chilli Paneer Maggi
- Make ready 1 pack of maggi.
- Take 100 grams of Paneer.
- You need 1 of capsicum cut in cubes.
- You need 1 of onion cut in cubes.
- It’s 2-3 of green chillies slit lengthwise.
- You need 3-4 of garlic cloves finely chopped.
- It’s 2 tbsp of cornflour.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of tomato sauce.
- Take 2 tbsp of green chilli sauce.
- You need 1 tsp of soy sauce.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It’s As needed of Oil for cooking & frying.
Chilli Paneer Maggi instructions
- In a bowl take cornflour, salt add little water and make a smooth batter..
- Coat the paneer pieces in the batter and fry the paneer pieces till golden brown from all sides..
- Once done take out on a kitchen towel to remove the excess oil and keep aside..
- Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped garlic and green chillies saute for few seconds..
- Next add onions and capsicum cook for 1-2 minutes..
- Add maggi masala, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper and mix everything well..
- Add fried paneer and boiled maggi mix it well..
- Add more of tomato sauce and green chilli sauce if it's too dry adjust according to your taste..
- Chilli Paneer Maggi is ready serve hot!.
