  3. Then add 1/4 cup warm milk, 1 tsp vanilla essence and whisk well until it's all combine..
  4. Put sieve on to the bowl and add 1 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda and sieve..
  5. If you are using unsalted butter then add 1 tsp salt in this stage..
  6. Gently fold till combine..
  7. Lastly add 1/4 cup chocolate chip and mix it. you can add dark chocolate as well..
  8. Cover it and keep in the fridge for 30 min.
  9. Once cookie dough is set make small ball and put in to the baking tray. leave the space between the cookies. (Make sure to put baking paper on the baking tray).
  10. Bake in preheated oven 180C/350F for 12 -14 min For soft and chewy cookies. if you like crispy and thin cookies then bake 18-20 min on same temperature..
