- First of all take deep vessel with thick bottom. Spread salt allover the bottom like salt bed. Place rack in the middle of the vessel. Now put the vessel on slow flame to preheat. Get the cake tin ready place the butter paper inside the tin..
- Take a mixing bowl add sugar, mango pulp, oil, milk just blend it..
- Take another mixing bowl add all purpose flour, Semolina, salt. Mix it well..
- Now add baking soda and baking powder. Mix it well..
- Add the mixture of mango and whisk it together..
- Add vanilla essence and half of the cranberries, nuts and tutti fruity. Mix all together..
- Take the cake tin with paper add whole batter into it. Spread remaining nuts, cranberries and Tutti Frutti on cake batter. Tap it to settled..
- Place the tin on the rack in the preheated vessel. Cover it for 30-40 min. Check it with toothpick. If it come out clean the cake is ready. Other wise keep it for 5-10 min more..
