- You need 250 gms of palak.

Murgh Palak instructions
- Sb sey pehley palak ko saaf karain phr bareek kaat lain…yaad rahey palak mey bht mitti hoti tu usey achi trhan wash krna hai…
- Red chilli powder, haldi, zeera, namak, sabit kali mirch or loung ko aik plate mey nikaal lain.
- Ab pyaz ko bareek kaat lain or lehsan ko b..phr oil garam karain or pyaz ko halka sohnehri krlain…
- Jab pyaz halki sohnehri hojaye tu is mey chicken add krlain or halka sa brown krlain…
