  1. Heat oil in a kadahi, as we don't eat cumin seeds in navratri so I add dhaniya powder into oil. If you eat you can add mustard seeds also..

  3. Add water and all dry masalas like salt green chillies black pepper. When the water start boiling add millet. Cook for 10 minutes..
  4. Serve with cucumber raita and green chutney..

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard seeds when it splutters, add black gram dal, chana dal, curry leaves and green chillies.When dal turns golden brown add the onions.That's " Little Millets Upma / Saame Akki Upma ".
