Ingredients of Chicken Malai Kadhai
- Make ready 1/2 kg of chicken.
- You need 250 g of yogurt.
- Make ready 1/2 C of cream.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1/2 bunch of fresh coriander.
- Take 8-10 of green chillies.
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp of All spice powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander seeds.
- Take 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
- Take 1 tsp of red chilli flakes.
- It’s 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of salt.
- It’s 1 C of oil.
Chicken Malai Kadhai instructions
- Toast coriander seeds and cumin seeds and chopped them.
- Heat oil each pan and fry chicken.
- When chicken gets a little colour add ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Stir fry them.
- When chillies gets soft add yogurt and spices i.e salt, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, coriander seeds,chilli flakes and all spice powder. Cook it on high flame..
- When chicken starts to leave oil add fresh coriander and green chillies..
- In the end add cream and mix well..
- You may now also give coal smoke to enhance more flavors..
