  1. It’s 2 tbsp of Bajra flour.
  2. It’s 2 tbsp of Ghee.
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Ajwain. Dalchini stick1".

  5. Make ready of Ginger pdr1tsp.
  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of Jeera pdr.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of Gur (Jaggery).

  11. Make ready 1 tsp of Dessicated coconut.
  12. Take of Elaichi pdr1/2tsp.
  13. You need of Almonds 5-6 soaked in water.

  1. Take oil in a wok when hot add ajwain,cloves,dalchini and add bajra flour and fry it till aroma comes..
  2. Jaggery can be melted in hot water beforehand..
  3. Add jaggery with water and continue stirring..
  4. Cook for 10 min on slow fire..
  5. Now add salt,ginger pdr,jeera pdr, elaichi pdr and dessicated coconut..
  6. Cook for another 5 min.Consistency should be drinkable and flowing..
  7. So if it is too thick you can add little more water at a time..
  8. Serve hot in a bowl garnishing with almonds pieces..
  9. Salt is optional. It enhances the taste..
