- Take 2 of chopped onion.
- It’s 2 of chopped tomato.
- You need 1 of chopped chilli.
- Take 2 spoon of schezwan sauce.
- You need 1/2 spoon of salt.
- Make ready 1/2 spoon of pepper powder.
- You need 2 spoon of milk.
- Prepare 1 spoon of oil.
- Prepare 2 slice of cheese.
Cheesy Omelet Maggi instructions
- Boil the meggi with pinch of salt and schezwan sauce..
- In a bowl put the beaten egg, chopped coriander, chopped tomatoes, chopped chilies, salt and milk. Mix all properly..
- Now in a pan add oil. Once oil heat add the beaten egg one spoon. Let it cooked for 1 minutes in a low flame..
- Then add meggi on top of it and slice cheese..
- Cover the pan and let it cooked for 5 minutes. Flame will be low only. Bottom of the egg will bit crispy and front will be soft..
