Ingredients of Mango Sheera
- Prepare 1 cup of rawa.
- Take 1 of large mango.
- It’s handful of Dry fruits.
- Take 4-5 tbsp of sugar.
- You need 1/4 cup of Mawa.
- Prepare pinch of kesar/ safforn.
- You need 1/4 teaspoon of Choti elachi(green Cardamom).
- It’s 2 tbsp of ghee.
- You need 1 cup of milk.
Mango Sheera step by step
- In a pan add ghee then add the suji. Roast it, but it should not turn brown. Do it in low flame. Once done add the chopped mango. Mix it well with the suji. Keep stiring it..
- Now add the mawa and sugar and mix it. Keep stiring. Till all get mixed completely. Now add milk, dry fruits, elachi powder and kesar and let it cook till the suji is cooked and milk gets dried..
- Now garnish it with some sliced mango and dry fruits..
