- You need 2 tbsp of cold milk to dissolve custard powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of kesar keri's puree.
- Take 1/2 of Mango Slices.

- Boil milk and add soaked Quinoa and cook on slow flame stirring continuously till Quinoa is cooked completely..
- Now mix vanilla custard powder with cold milk and dissolve very nicely. Add in boing milk and quinoa and keep stirring continuously on slow flame..
- Add sugar and chopped dryfruits and mix well. Cook till thickens. Turn off gas and cool it completely..
- Chop mango and make smooth puree. Add in ready custard and mix well..
