  1. Peel and grat the carrots..
  2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated carrots and cook it first to 7 minutes by covering. Stir in between..
  3. Now add milk and cook for 5 minutes..
  4. Add sugar and dry fruits and again cook for 5 to 7 minutes..
  5. Now add little ghee and milk powder mix well and cook for 5 minutes unit it becomes dry completely..
  6. Now grease a tray with ghee. Pour this carrot mixture to the tray spread it. Put some chopped dry fruits on it..
  7. Let cool completely. Refrigerate it for 1 to 2 hours. And cut into desired shape..
  8. Carrot fudge is ready..
