Ingredients of Murg Tangdi Kabaabs
- Take 15 of Chicken drumsticks.
- It’s 1 inch of Ginger piece.
- It’s 6 of Garlic cloves.
- Make ready 1 cup of Yoghurt.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Gram Flour or Besan.
- It’s 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Take 1 tsp of Tandoori Masala.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- Take 4-6 of Green Chillies chopped.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Chat Masala.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Salt or as per taste.
- Prepare 1-2 tbsp of Sumac Spice powder.

- Clean and trim excess fat and skin from the thighs. Dry them with clean, absorbent kitchen towel. Make three to four long deep incisions. Add lemon juice and set aside. Pound ginger and garlic to a paste. Hang Yoghurt for 15-20 minutes to get to drain off excess water..
- Roast Gram Flour on a non stick pan on low heat, stirring constantly. Cool and mix with hung curd, Ginger-garlic paste, Turmeric and Red chilli powders, Garam masala, Tandoori masala, Sumac, Salt and Green chillies made into a paste along with Garlic and Ginger..
- Marinate chicken drumsticks with the above mixture and refrigerate for one to two hours. Skewer marinated chicken drumsticks or and roast in a moderately hot tandoor or alternatively bake in a preheated at 220° for five minutes.
