Ingredients of Sauteed Kundol
- It’s 1 slice of kundol, cubes skin intact.
- Prepare Half of pack of button mushroom.
- You need 1 of tomato.
- Prepare Slices of garlic, onion, ginger.
- It’s of Black fungus, soaked.
- Take of Oyster sauce.
- It’s 4 of Tufo puffs, cut into.
Sauteed Kundol step by step
- Heat a wok add cooking oil, saute garlic shallot ginger and tomato,. Stir fry then add kundol and black fungus. Put oyster sauce and 1 cup water. Cover and bring to a boil, add black fungus and kundol cook until kundol is soft. After that add mushroom. Simmer until done.
