Ingredients of Zenoni Kuku Keinyeji
- Make ready 1/4 portion of kuku kienyeji.
- It’s 1 of red onion.
- Make ready 1 of tomatoes (optional).

- Prepare 1 of ginger hand.
- Prepare 50 ml of cooking oil.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of salt.
Zenoni Kuku Keinyeji step by step
- In boiling water add 1 garlic and 3 ginger fingers(preferably diced). Add 1/2 a teaspoon of salt. Boil until the chicken becomes tender (around 20 min). Pour majority of the stock and save a little for later procedures..
