You need of Plantain.

It’s of Onions,bonnet pepper.
Prepare of Seasonings and spices of choice.
You need of Egg.

Peel and cut the plantain vertically about 1inch which,sprinkle some salt,fry and keep aside..

Get your plantain,put in the fish mixture and roll,pin the edge with a toothpick so it doesn't open up(my step by step pictures got deleted🤦♀️) dip in egg and fry in a medium heated oil..
