Make ready 2 cups of socked white rice.
Prepare 1/2 cup of cooked rice.
You need 1/2 cup of fresh kindirmu(fresh milk).
You need of Sugar to your taste.
It’s Pinch of salt.
It’s 1 tbspn of active yeast.
Take of Small fresh ginger.
You need of Small bulb onion.
Take of Baking powder.
You need of Oil for frying.
You need of Tanda (masa pan) for frying the masa.

Ring Masa instructions
Firstly pick all the dirty and stones in the rice if any..
Wash and sock it with ordinary water for some hours..

After rises, add in your baking powder some are using kanwa any one that is available, add lil salt, sugar to your taste. Add lil water to the mixture if your batter is too thick, like the thickness be like yoghurt drink tick. If you want you can now add the half cooked rice that you remain..
Heat the tanda masa pan) under low heat and spoon some oil in each section of the tanda. Add the masa batter in each and let it cook before turning to the other side. If you want you can cover the tanda..
Turn it to the other allow it to cook till golden brown or till your desire colour is achieved..
