Cheat's Huevos Rancheros step by step

  1. In a heavy based flat pan, add oil on a low-medium heat.
  2. Add chorizo, sausage and onions, mix and as the sausage meat cooks, break it down with a spoon.
  3. Add Lloyd Grossman sauce and Spicy Sarinade and mix.
  4. Increase the heat to a medium high to cook off the water.
  5. Crack the eggs in to the spicy tomato mixture and cover with the lid, cook for 5 minutes.
